Ghana’s Attorney General is super incompetent – Dr. Agyenim Boateng

Leader and founder of United Front Party (UFP), Dr. Agyenim Boateng has described Ghana’s current Attorney General, Ms. Gloria Akuffo as super incompetent.

Speaking to Nana Kwabena Addo in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Dr. Agyenim said he has never seen an incompetent Attorney General like Ms. Gloria Akuffo in the history of the country.

He was commenting on the government’s termination of the concession agreement with Power Distribution Services (PDS) Limited regarding the distribution of electricity in Ghana faulting the Attorney General for failing to advice government appropriately.

“If you have an incompetent Attorney General as Gloria Akuffo, this is what you have to expect, she is a super incompetent Attorney General I have ever seen. she was here when this PDS thing started if she was competent enough, it will not get this far”.

A letter dated 18th October 2019 signed by Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta sighted by MyNewsGh.com said: “Following consultations with Government, we wish to emphasize that Government remains strongly committed to the Compact and to private sector participation in the Electricity Company of Ghana.
