A 28-year-old South African rapper, Refiloe Maele Phoolo, aka Cassper Nyovest, has taken to Twitter to praise the unity in the Nigerian Music Industry and the way they promote and celebrate their culture around the world.
According to him, his undying wish to be a Nigerian stems from the fact that, they love each other and push their artistes to the world.
The hip-hop star, replying to a tweet, said:
“Won’t even lie. I wish I was from Nigeria too. The love they have for their own artistes, the way they celebrate their culture, 90% local content on radio and TV, they way they celebrate their music no matter where they are in the world, the unity within their industry. A DREAM!”
