Mark Noonan shows gratitude to Hearts of Oak after resigning

Mark Noonan has expressed appreciation to Hearts of Oak after his brief spell as General Manager of the Club.

The American relinquished his position 12months into the job.

Noonan resigned as General Manager of the Ghanaian giants after embarking on a visit to his native county where he refused to return.

The former MLS marketing guru is yet to give reasons behind his resignation but reports indicate the decision might have been as a result of the suspension of football activities in the country.

“Thank you to all the True @HeartsOfOakGH (you know who you are) who made our time in Ghana special,” he tweeted.

“I sincerely appreciate your support and will miss you all dearly.  Until we meet again, I am most grateful for the memories.”

Hearts of Oak have already appointed Fredrick Moore as the Club’s new CEO.
