2. What is the right time to sleep?

According to experts, there is no right or wrong time to go to sleep. Some people are early birds, while others are night owls. The things that matter is the quality of sleep. But there are certain things that your bedtime and sleeping habits may signify about you.

3. If you sleep by 8 p.m.

If you go to sleep by this time, you are someone who has to start the day early and sleeping any later would wreck your next day.

4. If you sleep by 9 p.m.

You are someone who has sleep-trained yourself very accurately and you are pretty firm about your sleeping time. This also means that if on some days your sleep time gets delayed by even an hour, you get cranky and grumpy the next morning. You are more likely to do meal preps at night to enjoy a wholesome breakfast.

5. If you sleep by 10 p.m.

You often cancel dinner and party plans at nights because you are so tired by this time. You go to bed with no fitness plans in mind.

6. If you sleep by 11 p.m.

People who go to bed by 11 p.m. do not sleep at 11. You sleep by 11:12, 11:34 or 11:46. You do aspire to be an early bird and want to take baby steps to improve your lifestyle. All the best!

You are a realist. After working for a long day, you are someone who can’t do without me-time. You might utilise this time to write your journal, draw, paint, read and finally go to sleep in a way that feels natural and leisurely. Though you do feel a little drowsy after you get up in the morning.

If you sleep this late, you might have appsturbation (addiction to apps) problem. You keep juggling between apps and keep scrolling your phone until your body starts giving up. You might not admit but you play your favourite game a little too much on your smartphone.

9. If you sleep by 2 a.m.

Do you have a problem of binge-watching? We can bet that you intend to sleep early but the craving to see just one more episode delays your bedtime.

10. If you sleep by 3 a.m.

Either you have sleep issues or have too much restless energy. But this might not be actually bad as you are likely to be highly creative and the best ideas come to you in the middle of the night. You are more productive at night time as compared to the wake hours.

11. If you sleep by 12 a.m.

You are either a bartender or a band player whose day starts after 12 a.m. and night starts at 12 p.m.
